Minor Add to Week8

So on Mastodon @gamedevchallengewithgodot Pointed out that without some kind of Timer

it is hard to Tell how much Time you have actualy left, well that is a valid Point.

So i added a Small Timer and since i had it Open, i also added some Soundeffects to give it a bit more complete feel.

A small little Update, the next one would be Week9, little Peek is in the Header ^^
